This class is taught by recent graduates of our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program to give them valuable teaching experience and to give our community a great value with classes at half the cost.
This class is an all levels, warm, Vinyasa Flow class. The pace is slower than our Power Vinyasa and Hot Flow classes. It's geared towards a focus on strength building and stamina through Sun Salutations, simple sequences, balance poses, with complimentary floor stretches. Options and modifications are offered. Stillness is offered through Deep Stretch floor poses and relaxation to round out the class for a balanced experience mind, body, and spirit.
This class is ideal for those who have no to low physical restrictions, in good health, or those returning to their Vinyasa practice.
