Pam

My yoga journey began over 10 years ago and has grown with me through different seasons of my life. I began to take regular yoga classes as tool for managing stress and taking care of myself while taking care of my family and mothering two small children. What initially began as a path to physical health became a journey inward, leading to a new awareness of myself, a stronger connection to my intuition and heart. I followed my passion for the study and practice of yoga and completed my 200hr teacher training in April 2016 at Enlighten Yoga in Charlotte, NC. Along my journey I have practiced many styles of yoga including ashtanga, bikram, jivamukti, universal yoga, yin, prana vinyasa and saamdhana yoga which have all influenced my practice.

My yoga practice has helped me build strength, remember the importance of slowing down to relax and restore, learn to remain calm under stress, find balance and a sense of playfulness on my mat. Experiences on my mat, making new shapes and connecting with my breath, continue to show me that I am stronger than I know and I believe it is important to help others remember that truth as well. Taking these lessons off the mat and into life continues to be challenging and rewarding but this path of learning continues to fuel me and my teaching. I hope to challenge and inspire students with their practice on their mat and encourage them to continue their exploration of themselves and practicing yoga off the mat as well.

  • Mindful Hot Flow
  • Mindful Hot Flow is calming yet invigorating, it focuses on alignment and breath. Although the 90-95 degree heat takes getting used to, it can quickly become addictive! Mindful Hot is a fusion of traditional a Hot26 and Vinyasa Flow. The pace is designed to create challenge by holding poses longer to develop alignment awareness, engage strength, develop endurance, improve balance, open shoulders and hips. It is where to start a "power" practice and also where to come for growing & maintaining your level of strength and flexibility. It's very important to hydrate prior to class. Also, recommended that you take class more than 90 minutes after a meal. Great precursor is Foundations and Vinyasa Basics.

    Certified instructors from Synergy Yoga will will guide you through no matter what your level of experience is.

    Open to all levels! Please bring a mat, water, and towel. Doors open 30 minutes before class, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class time to get settled, fill out our liability waiver if it's your first time, etc.
