As you may have discovered during your search for a yoga practice, there are many forms of yoga, and the many names and descriptions that you've read probably did not do much to guide you along your new yoga journey.

So we are going to take you through a very different approach, where you select the situation that best applies to you, and read about the yoga practice that you can safely get started with. By offering you this self-selective path to yoga, we feel confident that you will be empowered to take the next step, to visit a yoga studio. Should you choose to get started with us, we have two great options for you:

Our Charlotte, NC, studio is located in Steele Creek, at 10926 S. Tryon St. 
Our Rock Hill, SC, studio is located in Old Town, at 111 Caldwell St.

Improve flexibility

I'm pregnant
The practice of yoga is a safe practice at any stage of your pregnancy, with the exception of the hot yoga classes. We have however developed a custom class that help address the specific needs of your body, in anticipation of your baby's arrival. We have also listed several other safe yoga classes that you can attend in any trimester of your pregnancy.
